Ivey issues safer apart order
Gov. Kay Ivey today announced an amended safer at home order to a new safer apart order, which is the third phase of COVID-19 health order.
In the order, masks will no longer be mandated statewide, but individuals are encouraged to wear a mask or other facial covering when in public and in close contact with other people.
The order goes into effect at 5 p.m. this Fri., April 9, 2021, and extends until Wed., May 5, 2021, at 5 p.m.
