James H. Caraway, 92, of McCullough, passed away on May 20, 2021.

He is preceded in death by his parents, James William and Sadie Still Caraway; his wife, Doris Caraway; his children, Larry Caraway and Eugene Caraway; his grandson, Jason Caraway; his granddaughter, Michelle Caraway; one brother, Henderson Caraway; and his sister, Betty Moore.

He is survived by his grandchildren, Justin (Magen) Caraway of McCullough and Mandy Caraway (Mitchell) Murphy of Booneville; his sister, Pat Renfroe (Bob) of Dothan; and five great-grandchildren.

A graveside service was held on May 24, 2021 at Judson Cemetery in Poarch. Interment followed at Judson Cemetery in Poarch.

Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home was in charge of all arrangements.
