The Escambia County School System approved personnel recommendations during its board of education meeting on June 8.
The following personnel recommendation by action were approved:
Leave of Absence
• Sherry Atkins, seven-hour lunchroom worker at Pollard McCall Junior High School, medical leave, effective March 3, 2021 through May 12, 2021;
• Kathy Steadham, custodian at Turtle Point Science Center, under the Family Medical Leave Act, effective Feb. 26, 2021 through May 31, 2021;
