Mr. Robert E. “Bobby” Payne, 75, of Bear, De., formerly of Atmore and Birmingham, answered the master’s call on June 10, 2021 in Delaware.

He was preceded in death by his wife and parents.

Those left to cherish memories of his life and legacy are his daughter, Jennifer; sons, Darrell, Rodney and Sean; brother, Lonnie; sister, Louise; and nine grandchildren.

A graveside service was held on June 22, 2021 at Stallworth Cemetery with the Rev. Willie Hawthorne officiating and Turner Funeral Chapel directing.
