Leadership Atmore is now accepting applications for the 2021-22 program year.

The nine-month long program, which is sponsored by the Atmore Area Chamber of Commerce, is designed to educate and challenge a select group of citizens who have the potential to provide the leadership needed in the community and state, according to chamber officials.

Participants are selected on the basis of diversity, ability, demonstrated interest in the community and potential for responsibility and effective leadership.

Applications, which are available at the chamber, are due by July 7 at 5 p.m.
