Members of the Escambia County School Board met on Thursday to put a plan in place to interview candidates for the superintendent position.

Following advice from board attorney Broox Garrett, the plan is that each board member will ask two questions of the candidates. That interview will follow a full day of touring county schools for each candidate.

The public interviews will be conducted on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, July 26, 27 and 28 and will be held at Flomaton High School’s auditorium. Two interviews will be conducted each evening at 6 and 8 p.m.
