Escambia County Circuit Clerk John Robert Fountain announced Sept. 7 that due to the current COVID-19 threat, the jury term scheduled for Sept. 13-24, 2021, has been canceled.

It is further ORDERED that the settlement docket shall take place daily in courtroom one where social distancing can be observed. MASKS WILL BE REQUIRED IN THE COURTROOM.
