Flomaton’s Findley signs to play at next level

Flomaton running back Damerion Findley signed to play college football with Detroit Christian Community College today during a signing ceremony in the school gym.
Principal George Brown said the opportunity to honor Findley for what he’s done on the football field at FHS is one to not pass up.
“We’re proud of him,” Brown said. “We wish you nothing but success and good luck.”
Hurricanes head football coach Doug Vickery said the program’s quite proud of Findley.
“We became very close,” Vickery said. “He’s a hard worker, and worked hard in the classroom.
“We have had a couple of great years, and we’re excited for his future,” he said.
