Mr. Ricky Herrera, 47, passed away on Fri., April 1, 2022 in Atmore.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Camillo Gonzales and Angelita (Sepulveda) Herrera; one son, Rick Josh Herrera; and grandmother, Cipriana Sepulveda.
He is survived by his loving wife of 29 years, Melissa Herrera, of Atmore; two sons, Isaac “Taco” Bernal, of Atmore and A J (Casey) Campos, of Atmore; two daughters, Jessica (Jason) Love, of Atmore and Kari Herrera, of Atmore; two brothers, John Herrera, of Owatonna, Minn. and Rubin Herrera, of Atmore; one sister, Monica Herrera, of Twin Cities, Minn.; 13 grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held this Fri., April 8, 2022 at 2 p.m. at Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Home, LLC with Bro. Michael Roley officiating.
Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery.
Visitation will be held tomorrow, April 7, 2022 from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Home LLC.
Pallbearers will be Taco Bernal, A J Campos, John Herrera, Herman Lafuente, Mikey Rodriguez and Jose Louis Medina.
Honorary pallbearers will be Rubin Herrera, Chon Sepulveda and Greg Phillips.
Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Homes LLC of Atmore is in charge of all arrangements.
