The Atmore City Council on adopted a resolution for grass and weed nuisances during its meeting on Aug. 22.

The resolution, 2022-15, covers eight addresses within the city limits. Each address includes specific lots.

The adoption of the resolution allows the city access to each of the premises to cut the weeds or grass. The addresses include:

• 1126 S. Presley St.

• 154 Trout St.

• 1415 Rockaway Creek Rd.

• 0 Lee St.

• 98 Brown St.

• 53 Harris St.

• 0 Seventh Ave.

• 158 Harris St.
