There are multiple hazards in effect for the area from tonight through tomorrow morning, according to the National Weather Service.

According to the NWS, strong to severe thunderstorms are possible late afternoon into the overnight hours tonight. Damaging wind gusts and maybe a tornado or two are possible more so near the coast.

Additionally, heavy rainfall is forecasted for the area tonight with totals of 1-2 inches.

A wind advisory is also in effect from near sunset tonight through sunrise tomorrow morning. Wind gusts up to 40 miles per hour are forecasted during the evening and overnight hours.

A small craft advisory is also in effect as well offshore.
