Escambia County High School’s Class of 2023 held its class day today at the school auditorium.

The soon-to-be graduating seniors were given community awards and scholarships; honors; and a farewell tribute by the junior class.

A few of the scholarships awarded included the Randell Gordon Nichols Jr. Memorial Scholarship, which went to Darron Nichols Jr.; the 2023 Marcelette and Curtis Harris Academy Scholarships went to Trinity Thames and Nichols; and the Kearley Scholarship to Breona Gaines.
