McMann said the officer contacted Atchison.

“Upon confirming that Santa Rose County would extradite Atchison, he was placed under arrest,” McMann said. “When the officer opened the door to arrest Atchison, he noticed a handgun on the floor board and a strong odor of marijuana inside the vehicle.
