“The officers contacted the driver, Ryan Green, 29, of Pensacola,” McMann said. “Green was parked next to the roadway with the vehicle running, and was talking to himself as officers approached him. As the officers began speaking with Green, they noticed he seemed to be under the influence of alcohol and or narcotics.”
McMann said officers observed loose pills on the dashboard and a glass pipe that is commonly used to ingest narcotics on the console when Green was removed from the vehicle.

“Upon searching the vehicle, officers discovered several cathinone pills, and the glass pipe contained residue, which field tested positive for methamphetamine,” he added.
