OWA Parks & Resort is excited to announce the grand opening of Tropic Hideaway RV Resort. Tropic Hideaway is a luxury RV resort with top-of-the-line amenities, starting with its location at OWA Parks and Resort, just minutes from the Alabama beaches off the Foley Beach Express. This newest addition to the gulf coasts’ top entertainment destination offers a tropical vibe for guests, with a new 190-lot located next to Tropic Falls theme and water parks.

This well-equipped hideaway offers guests tons of activities and amenities, including pickleball courts, a putting green, adult and family pools, golf cart rentals, a dog park and clubhouse. Tropic Hideaway also has a convenience store and 24-hour services that include propane, ice, showers, and laundry. These premium sites are all extra wide and feature a full complement of Wi-Fi and hook ups. Pull-through sites are also available.

OWA’s Tropic Falls features 23 theme park rides, the region’s largest indoor water park, plus outdoor wave pool and surf simulator. Downtown OWA is a pedestrian-only streetscape of dining, shopping, and entertainment options that range from performances at OWA Theater to annual events like parades, fireworks & hot air balloon shows. The RV park is adjacent to OWA Parks & Resort is the Foley Sports Complex.
