Mr. Jimmy Ray Gregson, 57, passed away on Thurs., Nov. 2, 2023, at his home in Excel.

Mr. Gregson is preceded in death by his father, Oneal Gregson; and three brothers, Larry Gregson, Bobby Hill and Marty Gregson.
He is survived by his mother and step-father, Shirley (Sam) Hill, of Mineola; four sons, J.J. Gregson, of Bay Minette, Cecil Aldridge, of Uriah, Dalton Gregson, of Monroeville and Tyler Gregson, of Monroeville; one daughter, Emily McLain, of Leakesville, Miss.; three brothers, Bryan Hill, of Mineola, Casey (Leslie) Gregson, of Excel and Samuel Hill, of Washington; six sisters, Betty (Jerry) Hoffman, of Spanish Fort, Paula (David) Hudson, of Rabun, Vicky (Toney) McMillian, of Uriah, Holly (Mark) Peacock, of Frisco City, Gretta (Mike) Dailey, of Goodway and Cheryl Brooks, of Bay Minette; numerous grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held on Mon., Nov. 6, 2023 at 2 p.m. at Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Homes LLC with the Rev. Wayne McMillian officiating.
Burial will follow at Mineola Cemetery.
Visitation will be held on Nov. 6, 2023 from noon until service time at Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Homes LLC.
Pallbearers will be Toney McMillian, Ricky Jennings, Michael Jeter, Austin Jennings, Dilion Hudson and Blake Hoffman.
Honorary pallbearers will be Jerry Hayles, Jarod Richerson, Curtis Williams and Jerry Williamson.
Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Homes LLC of Atmore is in charge of all arrangements.
