Patsy Ann Lowery Frazier passed away peacefully on Dec. 9, 2023 after a brave battle with lung disease, surrounded by her adoring family.

She is preceded in death by her father, Henry Ellis Lowery; her mother, Ruth Evelyn Sasser; and step-father, Max Farrell Sasser.
She is survived by her husband, Charles (Charlie) E. Frazier; sons, Charles Christopher Frazier and Darren S. Frazier (Kylie); her daughter, Kim Newman (Mike); her sister, Madelyn Costa (Dick); brothers, Henry Lowery (Anne) and Danny Lowery (Brenda); her stepmother, Ellon Lowery; her grandchildren, Chelsea Bodine (Scott), Emily Cranford (Chris), Lindsay Odom (Russell), Adam Newman (Sarah), Eowyn Frazier, Jareth Frazier, Jasmine Frazier and Dominick Alvare; and her great-grandchildren, Sadie Bodine, Maci Bodine, Lilah Cranford, Everlee Crandford, Lincoln Odom, Elle Odom, Harrison Odom and Ava Newman.

A visitation will be held on Sat., Dec. 16,2023 at 1 p.m., followed by a funeral at 2 p.m. at First Baptist Church of Atmore.

The funeral will be followed by interment at Oak Hill Cemetery in Atmore.
