Mr. Herman Eddy Ray Cain, 79, of Bay Minette, passed away peacefully on Jan. 23, 2024, surrounded by his family at his bedside.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Herman Laborn (Virginia Mae Payne) Cain; and wife, Ann Marie Cain.
He is survived by his two sons, Terry (Dina) Cain, of Bay Minette and Shelton Tyson, of Bay Minette; two brothers, Bobby (Georgie) Cain, of Daphne and Jerry (Kay) Cain, of Phillipsville; seven grandchildren, Terri Nicholas, Caitlin Lord, Kristin Weaver, Grace Tyson, Caleb Tyson, Charity Burditt and Taylor Quinn; nine great-grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.
A funeral service will be held this Sat., Jan. 27, 2024 at 2 p.m. at Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Homes LLC with the Rev. Michael Hadley officiating.
Burial will follow at Perdido Baptist Cemetery.
Visitation will be held on Jan. 27, 2024, from 1 p.m. until service time at Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Homes LLC.
Pallbearers will be Terry Cain, Mike Thompson, Chuck Cain, Blake Nicholas, Johnathan Weaver and Michael Lord.
Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Home LLC of Atmore is in charge of all arrangements.
