Mrs. Virginia Louise Cobb, 85, passed away peacefully on Fri., Jan. 26, 2024, in Megargel surrounded by her loving family.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Jr. Cobb; parents, Andrew James (Mary Eugenia Lambert) Snow; one grandson, Christian Blake Upton; and one sister, Diane Black.
She is survived by her five children, Eddie (Tina) Upton, of Frisco City, Allen (Cindy) Cobb, of Uriah, Cindy (David) Morgan, of Frisco City, Tina (Eric) Williams, of Auburn and Tammy (Jeff) Brooks, of Orange Beach; one brother, Andrew James “Sonny” Snow, of Atmore; 10 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.
Funeral service will be held on Mon., Jan. 29, 2024 at 10 a.m. at Petty- Eastside Chapel Funeral Homes LLC with the Rev. Matt Brown officiating.
Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery.
Visitation will be held on Jan. 29, 2024 from 9 a.m. until service time at Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Homes LLC.
Pallbearers will be Joshua Morgan, Jarod Richerson, James Patrick, Michael Patrick, Eric Williams and Samuel Williams.
Honorary pallbearers will be Carl McMillian, Jonathan Patrick, Jeremy Flowers and Noah Williams.
Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Home LLC of Atmore is in charge of all arrangements.
