Judy R. Wooten Pouncey was born on March 28, 1956 and left this earthly home for her new heavenly home on April 17, 2024.

She is preceded in death by her son, James M. Dorriety; her mother, Willornease Smith Wooten; her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Wooten, and Mr. and Mrs. Roy C. Smith.

She is survived by her father, Clark Wooten; her daughters, Dusty (Casey) Townson, Ashleigh (Cory) Fay and Kyra Kline-Guyton; her eight grandchildren, James (Chandra) Dorriety, Makayla (Dakota) Barlow, Gracie (Caleb) Turberville, Dakota Wooten, Samuel Guyton, Patrick Guyton, Landon Guyton and Caleb Guyton; six great-grandchildren, Brantlee, Lilleigh, Jaxon, LakeLynn, Penelopi and Laney; her sisters, Gail (Randall) Miller and Deborah (Tony) Patterson; her brothers, Danny (Mary Jean) Sanspree, Bobby (Cheryl) Wooten and Don (Lila) Wooten; and a host of nieces, nephews and beloved cousins and family.

Our Momma was loved by many, and she loved them. As per her wishes, she will be cremated and a celebration of life service will be held on Sat., May 18, 2024 at 5 p.m. at Fort Morgan. All are welcome to attend.

We would like to Thank You Laura Joiner for being there with us during this time and Mrs. Kelly and Mrs. Lisa from Gentiva Hospice. We would also like to express our deepest gratitude for each and everyone who has lifted us up in your prayers and love. We will forever be thankful.
