An Escambia County Board of Education board member’s ethics violation charge has been dismissed, according to court records.

Retired Circuit Judge Ben Fuller signed the order of dismissal April 19 for District 6 Board Member Sherry Digmon, who was charged with allegedly using her office for financial gain.

She was also indicted on information of impeachment as a BOE member, a charge that was also recently dismissed.
