Ten students graduated during Coastal Alabama Community College’s Nursing Pinning Ceremony for its practical nursing program May 3 at the conference center in Atmore.

The graduates included Colleen Batchelor, Bria Frazier, Prevette Jones, Trisitine Love, LaTyra Malone, Rebecca Moore, Megan Palmer, Valyncia Stallworth, Kristian Socorro and Mallory Tyus.

After opening remarks by Malone, a poem was read by Moore. Presentation of awards was completed and the dedication of roses portion was held.

Pins were presented to each graduate, and all nurses present recited the Nightingale Pledge.
