Approximately 120 children attended the opening of Atmore Public Library’s annual Summer Reading Program today.

The opening program included the Magical Poodles of Gulf Breeze, Fla. The poodles performed tricks, delighting the crowd of children and their guardians.

This year’s theme is “Adventure Begins at Your Library.”

APL will have summer reading programs every Friday in June, beginning at 10 a.m.
