Mrs. Henrietta Elizabeth Stewart, 79, passed away on Fri., June 21, 2024, in Rabun. She is preceded in death by her parents, Henry Clayton (Dorthy Mae Waters) Warren; one daughter, Kathy Elizabeth Wilson; and husband, Wayne Stewart.
She came from a family of 15.
She is survived by her three sons, Elie Merritt, of Rabun, Jerry Mack Merritt, of Rabun and David (Christy) Stewart, of Rabun; one daughter, Kristie (Chris) Hadley, of Rabun; two brothers, Edward “Sonny” Warren, of Missouri and ACY (Aggie) Warren, of Rabun; five sisters, Kathleen Smith, of Maryland, Betty Catchot, of Pensacola, Fla., Barbara Morris, of San Antonio, Texas, Karen (Tony) Deal, of Mobile and Loretta (Ron) Blackmon, of Mobile; numerous grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Thurs., June 27, 2024 at 3 p.m. at Light House Tabernacle Church of God with the Rev. Randal Short officiating.
Burial will follow at Dean Cemetery.
Visitation will be held on June 27, 2024 from 2 p.m. until service time at Light House Tabernacle Church of God.
Pallbearers will be Richard Brooks, Chris Stacey, Chris Hadley, Lee Williamson, Brandon Stewart and Tyler Burr.
Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Home LLC of Atmore is in charge of all arrangements.
