According to police reports, the 2010 arrest was made after Mack was found with a 14-year-old female runaway.

According to arrest reports, Mack and the victim admitted having sexual intercourse to deputies, who then contacted the girl’s mother.

At the time of his 2010 arrest, Mack told deputies he picked up the victim the previous evening after meeting her at a Winn Dixie located at Chemstrand Road and Nine Mile Road in Pensacola.

He was convicted in 2011 of sexual battery and sentenced to 18 months in prison.

Following his release, Mack removed his electronic monitoring equipment and was found by deputies around two weeks later. He was taken into custody for violating the terms of his probation.
