Sheriff’s reports, Jan. 12-18

The Escambia County Sheriff’s Office received 116 complaints from Jan.  12-18. They also responded to five domestic calls and provided transportation for 23.

The office served 87 civil papers, three domestic escorts, and provided seven funeral escorts.

Following are incident/offense reports filed with the Escambia County Sheriff’s Office for the week of Jan. 12-18.

Following are arrest reports filed with the Escambia County Sheriff’s Office from Jan. 12-18.

Jan. 12
Edward Spicer, 37, male, of Andrew Jackson Street, East Brewton, was charged with two counts of failure to appear.

Jan. 13
George N. Pettis Jr., 33, male, of Gravel Pitt Road, Brewton, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Sebastian D. Cannon, 37, male, of Shelby Lane, Atmore, was charged with failure to appear.
Robert B. Hayles, 37, male, of Sunset Drive, Atmore, was charged with revocation of community corrections.

Jan. 14
Marcus A. Woods, 26, male, of Mayo Street, East Brewton, was charged with negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument.  Blakely Barnhill, 20, male, of Tullis Road, McDavid, Fla., was charged with theft of property, second degree.
Clayton L. Glass, 28, male, of Englewood Circle, Brewton, was charged with assault, third degree.
William R. Garvin, 38, male, of Beacon Parkway, Birmingham, was charged with possession of marijuana, first degree and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jan. 15
Robert E. Lambert, 56, male, of Sue Street, Flomaton, was charged with assault, third degree.
Yolanda Wesley, 33, female, of Kelly Street, Brewton, was charged with failure to appear, negotiating a worthless instrument and violation of probation.
Albert Mackey, 25, male, U.S. 31, Castleberry, was charged with receiving stolen property, second degree.

Jan. 16
Mack A. McCreary, 26, male, of Ball Lane, Brewton, was charged with violation of probation.
Marvin Kimmons, 34, male, of Red Stone East, Kimmons, Ala., was charged with escape, first degree; and revocation of community corrections.

Jan. 17
Alton Walker, 23, male, of U.S. 31, Atmore, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana, second degree.

Jan. 18
Nathan Exline, 22, male, of Bethel Road, Brewton, was charged with theft of property, first degree.
Kenneth Longmire, 53, male, of Carver Avenue, Atmore, was charged with failure to appear.
