The Atmore Area YMCA is partnering with the North Baldwin Youth Association to provide a fall soccer program for Atmore kids.

The YMCA has begun accepting registrations at its office, located at 501 S. Pensacola Ave. Registrations can also be mailed to NBYA at “P.O. Box 833 Bay Minette AL, 36507,” or sent through their website (www.nbysasoccer.org).

The season will start in early September and the cost is $60.

“Every member of the YMCA that signs their children or grandchildren up for soccer, five dollars of the registration will go to the YMCA in Atmore as a donation on their behalf,” NBYA executive director Randy Wrightson said. “NBYA and all of our members are a friend to the YMCA and we hope this small token of our appreciation helps.”

In addition, if the Atmore area reaches its goal of 100 registrations in fall soccer, the NBYA will double its donation, Wrightson said.
