The Creek Travel Plaza is currently selling special stuffed animals as a part of the “Bear Hugs 4 Kids” program.

By spending $25, a customer will receive one stuffed animal for himself or herself. Also, the customer will ensure that another stuffed animal is donated to local law enforcement agencies and fire departments.

Those donated stuffed animals will help policemen and firefighters provide comfort to children during traumatic events — such as car accidents, domestic violence calls and house fires — by giving the children a stuffed animal as a present during those tough times.
