Famous superheroes Wonder Woman, Batman, the Hulk and Superman show off some of the Atmore Public Library’s children’s books for the summer reading program.

Superman, Wonder Woman, Batman, the Incredible Hulk and many more superheroes will show off their newest super power this summer at the Atmore Public Library — helping kids experience the joy of reading.

The library’s summer reading program will be held every Friday in June, from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. The theme is “Every Hero Has a Story” and it is open to any child ages 3-12 who wants to read and enjoy various activities and visitors.

The upstairs children’s library has already been colorfully decorated with pictures of superheroes, and there is a full bookshelf of superhero-themed books.
