A Perdido man was killed in a two-vehicle crash this afternoon on Alabama 287 at the 5.50-mile marker, according to Alabama State Troopers.

Trooper Kevin Cook said Christopher Adam Black, 44, was killed when the 2002 Ford Focus he was driving collided with a 2006 Honda Ridgeline. Cook said Black wasn’t using a seatbelt and was pronounced dead at the scene.

Cook said the driver of the Honda was transported to North Baldwin Infirmary for treatment of their injuries.

The crash occurred 4 miles north of Bay Minette.

The crash is under investigation by Troopers.
