The Atmore Police Department is seeking information on a case in regard to shots being fired at the Pines Apartments on Jack Springs Road on Jan. 21, according to a release.

Chief Chuck Brooks said officers discovered upon arrival that three apartments had been shot into.

“All three apartments were occupied at the time of the shooting,” Brooks said in a release. “There were no injuries reported. Atmore police investigators were called to the scene to process the area for evidence. Bullet shell casings were found and took into evidence. No arrest has been made.”
