PHD Realty announced today its 2019 scholarship are open for student applications through April 12, according to a release.

The two $500 scholarships, known as the PHD Realty Determination Scholarship, will be awarded to seniors who qualify and plan to attend technical school or college full time in the fall.

To be eligible, students must attend high school in Escambia County, Ala. or Escambia County, Fla., according to the release.

Additionally, the student must have a minimum grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent) and the endorsement of their guidance counselor.

“The continuance of this scholarship is to express our appreciation for the hard work and dedication of the young leaders of our future within the community,” PHD Broker and Owner Patty Helton Davis said in a release. “They understand the power of education. And we want to continue to support their efforts to make their dreams a reality.”

Applications may be downloaded at www.phdrealty.com and are due on April 12, 2019, by 5 p.m. CST. The applications can be delivered or mailed to PHD Realty at 1812 S. Main St., Atmore, AL 36502.
