Chamber holds Chili Cookoff

The Atmore Area Chamber of Commerce held its Chili Cookoff today at Heritage Park.
Participants had to cook chili on site beginning at 8 a.m. Those who bought taste tickets began sampling at 2 p.m. and selected their preferred chili.
Angela Leachman’s team finished in third place and won the people’s choice award; Comfort Care Hospice finished second; and TripTek Construction LLC finished in first place.
