PORT ST. JOE, Fla. – Ms. Lizzie Beth Frye, 90, of Port St. Joe, Fla., formerly of Atmore, transitioned into eternal rest on Sunday, Sept. 9, 2012 at Bay of the Bridge Nursing Home in Port St. Joe.

She was a native of Uriah and had been a resident for many years. She was a housekeeper in private homes and a member of Lighthouse Apostolic Holiness Church where she was a sunday school teacher, choir member, musician and missionary.

Those left to cherish her passing are her special caregivers Zola (Robert) Grissett Sr., Robert Grissett Jr of Atmore, Priscilla Forehand of Port St. Joe; goddaughter, Donsell Harris of Mobile, Ala. and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 18, 2012 at the Lighthouse Apostolic holiness Church in Atmore with Overseer Floyd Nelson and Bishop Robert Grissett Sr. officiating. Retirement of her remains will be in Stallworth Cemetery. Public viewing will be held from 2  until 8:30 p.m. at the Funeral Home.
