Chiefs close out season with win

The Northview High School Chiefs closed out their regular season on a high note Friday night, defeating Tate on the road by a score of 81-43.

Neino Robinson led the Chiefs with 27 points. Cameron Newsome added 16 points and Tony Mcaroy chipped in with 11.

Also scoring for Northview were Tydre Bradley with seven points, Eric Williams with six points, Tanner Plant with three points, and Dalton Tullis with two points.

The Chiefs were scheduled to begin play at the district tournament Monday in Chipley, Fla.

Northview’s junior varsity team also picked up a win Friday night, improving their season record to 5-5.

Tony Harrison had 17 points for the JV Chiefs. Luke Ware scored 15 points and Montivas Odom added 10.
