ECHS holds spring game

ECHS rising senior running back Gaetyn Thames tries to turn the corner against Flomaton.
The Escambia County High School Blue Devils closed out their spring training with a game Thursday evening against Flomaton at Herbert Barnes Stadium.
The junior varsity players took the field in the first half, and the varsity played in the second half.
Flomaton won the game, 22-16.
Next season will be coach Royce Young’s second year at ECHS. He was Flomaton’s coach from 1991 to 1993.
