The Atmore Christian School Rams went 1-1 against opponents early in the week falling 7-1 to the Central Christian School Saints on Tuesday in Atmore and destroying the West Florida Baptist Conquerors 11-1 on Monday in Milton, Fla.

In their loss to the Saints, the Rams played strong early, but had trouble in the late innings.

Tyler Dehoff provided the only run for the Rams with a solo home run in the loss.

Against the Conquerors on Monday, the Rams scored three runs in the second inning, two in the third inning, three in the fourth and three in the fifth.

Jonathan Bender led ACS with three RBI, while hitting 2-for-3 in the win.

Christian Swartzendruber and Casey Freeman also had big outings with Swartzendruber hitting 3-for-3 with two RBI and Freeman going 1-for-3 with two RBI.
