Wind Creek Casino & Hotel will be the place to be on Friday, June 10 when the Escambia County High School Athletic Club holds its second annual Draw Down.

The Draw Down will be the club’s first major fundraiser since the school year ended to help begin raising money for the 2011-12 athletic year.

Blue Devils athletic director Mark Heaton said the Draw Down is a great way to help the athletic programs with different needs.

“This event is a really big fundraiser for us,” he said. “It helps us get the ball rolling with funding that will be needed by our athletic teams that participate in the fall. It helps fund things like individual and team camps as well as other needs.”

Tickets for the Draw Down are $100 and includes dinner for two with insurance policies available for $25. A maximum of four policies are allowed to be purchased for the drawing.

The Draw Down will begin with dinner at 7 p.m. and the drawing beginning at 8 p.m.
