After a surprising 9-0 start to the 2012 season, the No. 9-ranked Lady Blue Devils suffered their first loss on Wednesday falling 15-0 to the UMS-Wright Lady Bulldogs.

The Lady Blue Devils (9-1, 1-1) never had a grasp on the game with their defense and pitching putting together a poor outing. Pitching was a large issue with 10 of the Lady Bulldogs’ 15 runs coming by way of walks.
