Man found passed out with spice on person

Agents with the 21st Judicial Drug Task Force arrested an Atmore man Wednesday, Jan. 2 for possession of synthetic marijuana, or spice.

James West 19, of Horner Street, was arrested and transported to the Escambia County Detention Center in Brewton after officers found him passed out in his vehicle at Tom Byrne Park.
