ATMORE – Mary Ethel McKinley, 81, of Atmore passed away Monday, Sept. 16, 2013, in Atmore.
She was a Homemaker born in Walnut Hill, Fla. on Nov. 6, 1931, to the late Oscar and Myrtle Agerton Brown.
She attended the First Assembly of God Church of Atmore.
Her husband, Tralve R. McKinley; daughter, Barbara Sue McKinley; and sister, Estell Parker, preceded her in death.
Survivors are: one son, Steve McKinley; two daughters, Mary Ann Minchew and Debbie McKinley Smith; three brothers, Elbert Brown, Albert Brown and Freddie Brown; four sisters, Jessie Mae Smith, Carol Jackson, Pearl Johnson and Thelma Watkins; eight grandchildren; and 15 great grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held at 9 a.m. Thursday Sept. 19, 2013, at McCullough Cemetery with the Rev. Don Davis officiating. Interment will follow in McCullough Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. Wednesday evening Sept. 18, 2013, at Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home.
