Billy Ray Willis, 67, of Atmore, passed away Wednesday Jan. 8, 2014, in Atmore.

He was a construction worker, born in Atoka, Okla., on Oct. 30, 1946, to the late Joe Willie and Juanita Pinion Willis.

He is survived by his fiancé of 18 years, Wanda Smith Sperou of Atmore; one son, Vinnie Willis of Oklahoma City, Okla.; one stepson and daughter-in-law, Dacia Sperou of South Haven, Miss.; two daughters, Bridgette Arnett and Cindy Carter, both of Oklahoma; three brothers, Jerry Willis of Oklahoma, Tommy Willis of Texas and Clark Willis of Oklahoma; one sister, JoAnn Boles of Oklahoma; seven grandchildren; one stepgranddaughter and two great-grandchildren.

Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements.
