ECHS earns 1-point win at Monroe Co.

The Escambia County High School Blue Devils boys basketball team earned a one-point victory at Monroe County on Tuesday evening.
ECHS defeated the Tigers, 53-52.
“I am extremely proud of our guys and the way they remained focused throughout the game,” ECHS coach Terrence Walker said. “Both teams fought hard for the win. The Tigers are a young team, with promising talent.”
Chille Ford led ECHS (4-5) with 13 points. Jerome Webster and Nicholas Davison scored nine points each.
Dexter Williams scored six points; Darian Staples scored four points; Malik McMillan and Devin Robinson scored three points; and Devonte Lee, TyAnthony McNeal and Tristen Knott each scored two points.
