Escambia County High School’s Blue Devils dropped two home games to Florida teams last week.

On Thursday, the Blue Devils lost to visiting Escambia High School, by the score of 48-43. Chillie Ford led ECHS (12-15) with 12 points, and Dexter Williams added eight.

ECHS lost to Pine Forest on Monday, Jan. 26, falling by the score of 58-49. Malik McMillan scored 19 points to lead the Blue Devils. Tristin Knott and Devon Robinson scored eight points each.

The Blue Devils will travel to the Class 5A, Area 2, tournament later this week, at Vigor High School. ECHS will play Jackson on Thursday at 6:30 p.m., and the winner of that game will face Vigor on Saturday at 2 p.m.
