Prior to coaching at the Canoe school, Fountain had coaching stints at Evergreen High School, W.S. Neal and Charles Henderson.

“I ain’t really thought about the 200th win, really,” Fountain said after the win last week. “You’d like to get it, so I guess we got it. It just means you’ve been coaching for a long time. I’m proud to get it for them so we can continue on in the playoffs.”

At present, Fountain sits at 200-120.

The Cougars play Clarke Prep Academy this Friday night in the semifinals in Canoe.
