Escambia Academy remained at the No. 2 spot in the latest Alabama Sports Writers Association’s AISA football poll, which was released Wednesday.

The Cougars are open this week and will face top-ranked Autauga Academy for the top spot in AISA Class 2A, Region 2. EA beat Clarke Prep 38-8 last week to notch a home playoff berth in the first round.
