Atmore’s Williams, TRM’s Nettles selected to All-State 3rd team

Escambia County’s Lue Williams was selected to the third team of the Alabama Sports Writers Association’s Class 4A boys basketball team.
Williams finished the season with 496 points, 213 rebounds and 45 assists total. The junior forward had a season-high 33 points, and played consistently for the Blue Devils in their 20-10 campaign.
Williams blocked 30 shots and grabbed 34 steals during his time on the hardwood this year.
In 3A girls, T.R. Miller’s Janazsia Nettles was selected as a guard on the third team.
