A funeral service for Elizabeth Dawn Vickery, 40, of Dadeville, was held June 7, 2019, at the Chapel of Langley Funeral Home.

Randy Anderson officiated. Burial followed in the Dadeville City Cemetery.

The family received friends on June 7 at Langley Funeral Home.

Dawn passed away on Wed., June 5, 2019, at East Alabama Medical Center.  She was born on Feb. 25, 1979 in Atmore, to Arnold Vickery and Jeannie Hicks Vickery.

Dawn was a member of the Poarch Creek Indian Tribe.

She loved her family dearly, especially her nieces and nephews. Dawn also enjoyed mud riding on her UTV and her Jeep, baking, the outdoors and singing karaoke.

She is survived by her mother, Jeannie Vickery; brother, David Vickery (Shipley); grandmother, Pauline Hicks; aunts, Connie Vickery, Shelia Gilbreath (Paul), and Linda Pitchford (Steve); uncles, Bruce Vickery, William Lee Vickery (Charlene), Mike Vickery and Buddy Hicks (Mary); nephews, Dawson Aaron and Ethan Vickery; and her niece, Jazmine Vickery.

She was preceded in death by her father, Arnold Vickery.
