Julie Hadley, 89, of Perdido, passed away on Aug. 8, 2020.
She was born on June 5, 1931 to the late Arlene Ganey Harville.
She was a member of Perdido Baptist Church.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Arlene Ganey Harville; her husband, Marvin Hadley; her sons, Edward Hadley, Earl Hadley and Anthony Hadley; and her sisters, Thelma Harville and Virginia Gentry.
She is survived by her grandchildren, Tammy Harrelson (Chris Chandler) of Lottie, Angie (Jerry) Cowart of Pine Grove, Kim Hadley (Glenn) Dorsey of Gulf Breeze, Fla., Shelia Kay Hadley of California and Clayton Hadley of Rabun; her great-grandchildren, Zayden, Jessica, Tonya, Brittany, Brianna, Brian, Tristan and Gunnar; and six great-great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held today, Wed., Aug. 12, 2020 at 11 a.m. at Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Malcolm Harrelson officiating.
Interment will follow at Guy’s Chapel Cemetery in Rabun.
Active pallbearers will be Clifford Hall Jr., Jerry Cowart, Marcus Loftis, Blake Bossard, Clayton Hadley and Terrance Newsome.
Visitation will be today, Aug. 12 from 10 a.m. until service time at 11 a.m. at Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home.
