Teresa Rene’ Mooney Etheridge, 65, of Walnut Hill, Fla., passed away on Aug. 16, 2021 in Pensacola, Fla.

She was born on Feb. 27, 1956 in Atmore to the late Freddie Leon and Joan Milstead Mooney.

She is preceded in death by her parents; and husband, Michael Lennard Etheridge Sr. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother.

She is survived by her children, Michael Lennard (Larissa) Etheridge Jr. of Century, Fla., Candace Rene’ (Dennis) Pittman Jr. of Walnut Hill, Ashley Beatrice Daw (Shaun Qualls) of Atmore and Haley Anne Etheridge of Walnut Hill; one brother, Eddie (Eunice) Mooney of Oak Grove, Fla.; two sisters, Tina (Frankie) Marsh of Oak Grove and Teelya Whitehead of Oak Grove; six grandchildren, Dennis III, Landon, Weston, Madalynn, Braxton and Camden; two special friends, Cindy Freeman and Vicki Hardy; and numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Funeral services were held on Aug. 21, 2021 at the Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Ted Bridges officiating. Interment followed in Oak Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.

Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
